We currently only deliver inside the Continental United States.
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the exact time of delivery. Placing the order for a particular day/time may be necessary to ensure your gift is delivered on the day you requested.
Additionally, we cannot promise that your package will not arrive before your scheduled day. We just guarantee that it will not be late. Based on the location to and from and FedEx transit lanes, sometimes deliveries arrive before expected. There is nothing we can do about this.
In most cases, orders placed by 2 p.m. M-F in the recipient's time zone will be processed that day (earlier times may apply to some areas and during holidays). Saturday processing is available for orders process by 11:30 am in the recipient's time zone.
We use an express shipping system.

Select the day you would like the rose to arrive in the calendar scheduler at checkout. If you need it to arrive ASAP, please follow the guidelines to make sure it has enough time to process.
We do not deliver on Sunday, Monday or Tuesday.
We do this because we prefer to only send roses the week of delivery. For standard delivery, if you schedule your rose to be delivered on Thursday we send it out on Monday that week. This ensures roses are in top condition.
We stand by our product with a money back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the quality of the rose or presentation of the box, please email with a detailed explanation about your situation.
We guarantee your rose will arrive by the scheduled day. However, we cannot guarantee that your package will not arrive before the day you have scheduled.
We guarantee that it will not be late. A little early is always better than late.
Why is that? Sometimes based on the location to/from and transit lanes FedEx has available sometimes they deliver before expected. Your rose will just be even more fresh!
If the package does not arrive by the day you planned it to be there by 11:00 pm, we will give you a full refund, stop the package and have it sent back to us. Please just email with your claim.
Our guarantee excludes situations affected by FedEx delays. FedEx sometimes delays shipments for different reasons they call "acts of God." These include weather, mechanical failures, transportation shutdowns, and personal injury. However, even if the box is delayed due to something like that we will work with you to make sure you are satisfied.
If for any reason the delivery address, delivery date or recipient name is incorrectly inputted by the sender, we cannot guarantee the arrival date.
Please include apartment, unit, or room number in the delivery address, if applicable. Deliveries to colleges and universities may take extra time.
We are unable to process orders for delivery to P.O. Boxes or APOs.
A signature is not required; the carrier may leave the package if no one is available to accept the delivery. Please ensure the area you are having the package is safe for unsigned package drop off. We are not responsible for theft.
Changes to delivery address information after the order has been shipped will result in a $20.00 charge.
